Language is the sign of civilization. It is basically the soul of a culture. And yet the Koreans have to steal Chinese characters?

No, the chinese invaded centuries ago. In the 14th century the korean language was invented, before that they spoke Chinese because of it.
Korea uses an alphabet, they don’t have characters.
