Great product regardless of the low price!,
One of the reviewers (from Greece) commented that the US plug was difficult to LOCK in place. I noticed that if you do not allow the US plug to “snap” out, i.e. by bracing the US Plug with your hand to let it out gently, that it would not lock unless I pulled the plug out further. In stopping the plug form “snapping” out, I prevented it from fully extending. As I prefer to let the plug out more gently, I learned to pull the plug out to its full extension prior to locking it.
Another reviewer noted that the stickers fell off. I bought two of these and they do not have stickers. Must be a manufacturing upgrade. Mine has permanent molded in abbreviations for the country of use for each plug. HOWEVER, with the exception of the big “EUROPE” label, the country molded in labels are a bit difficult to read as they are “smooth white” letters against a textured white case.
The EUROPE plug is a bit stiff & hard to pull out, but I’m sure it will loosen up with use. Maybe a drop of WD40 or oil will help, hence the 4 star for Ease of Use.
It’s very solidly made & really compact – comes with a nice little cloth carry case.
REMEMBER – it’s a plug adapter, not a voltage converter

|great US to Europe conversion,
The outlet converter worked very well to convert a US plug to the outlets in Greece. I had no problems using the European prongs. Out of curiosity I tried playing with some of the other plugs and had a hard time switching to them. I gave up because I wasn’t interested in really using them. Best of luck to anyone who needs those other plugs.

Gave this as a gift to my sister that moved to Germany. She said that it works great for the electronics and other items that have the US plug and are already made to run off of the European frequency without a converter. Can’t beat the price for the item.
