|Ashkan Motamedi,
This book is about what it would be like for a person that lives in the United States to move to China. There are great tips about what to expect in China and what things will be similar to the way of life in the United States. I would recommend this book to anyone that is thinking about going to visit or live in China.

|Learning how to be an expatriate,
This is a great book if you are thinking about traveling to China and/or living in China for a period of time. Much of the book was dedicated to short term living situations which included what to expect from the locals such as mannerisms, cultural norms, and treatment of expatriates. This book gave an insightful view from an insider’s perspective which allowed for discussion of realistic scenarios. Living Abroad in China gave me a different idea of the true Chins. Before I read the book I could tell you that I would never consider living in China, but after having read the book I can now see all the benefits of living abroad. This book opened my eyes to “the real China,” and instilled in me a small desire to at least visit China. Read this book of you desire to know more about the cultural, business, and expatriate portions of China.
