|How can you go wrong?,
I see another review that these are cheap plates, but I don’t believe that to be true at all. However, I do treat my fine china with care and have not had a problem with any chipping or flaking.
I have had this pattern since the early 1990s. It simply stands the test of time and is a classic. Trends in china come and go and this pattern will not.
You just can’t go wrong with Lenox and this pattern. I am planning to buy more and am happy to see it’s still around!

We just purchased two more place settings of Lenox “Eternal” china. We’ve had this as our “wedding china” for over 40 years and have finally broken or chipped a couple of cups. Since we have larger groups for dinner, it seemed like a good idea to just have a couple extra plates and saucers, too.
Really excellent, timeless china. We’ve never been sorry with our choice–and it is the basic pattern for the traditional Lenox Christmas china which we mix and match at the holidays!
No doubt the best American product–and I think (!) it’s made in the U.S.A.!
