   Hi friend, what is the special delivery?
   Generally, by sea, it needs about a month from UK to China.
   By express, it needs about a week.

   According to what you description, I think you choose a slow express way. It needs about two weeks.

   And this kind of delivery, generally don’t send parcels to the receiver’s door.
   They only send the arrival notification to the reception centre of the receiver’s building.
   Then, the receiver needs to pick up the parcel from the Train Station.

   So I suggest you below two points:
   1. You check from your side, with your tracking No.(on your express bill) to see where the parcel is.
   2. Meantime, ask your Chinese receiver to check with their reception centre of their building.
