This line of quick noodle entrees is unusually good. I find the Vegetable & Eggs variety the best, but the others are good too.

I’ve now eaten all the flavors offered on Amazon of these soups but this was by far the blandest. Yikes..I could hardly get through it. I like the texture of the noodles and you may get about 1 little mushroom in the flavor packet with a few other things (I love the mushroom soups!). The sodium (I’ve mentioned this in other reviews) is extraordinarily high on these soups so beware. I really don’t recommend this flavor unless you like your food tasteless.

The product description calls this soup base “light,” but I actually found it quite savory–and also quite salty, packing a whopping 1,320 mg of sodium! The noodles are, like the name implies, those clear glass noodles, and can be a bit difficult to wrangle onto the spoon. All that said, I’m a big cup o’ soup fan, it’s tasty, the dehydrated veggie brick rehydrates into some pretty decent bok choy, and I don’t have health issues that require me to limit my sodium, so I don’t regret the purchase.
