China NDRC, PBOC differ over 2011 loan target -report
BEIJING, Dec 23 (Reuters) – China’s state planning agency and the central bank disagree over the lending target for 2011, the Economic Observer reported on Thursday, with the former concerned about economic growth and the People’s Bank of China wanting to rein in bank credit.
